15 dates (minus stones)
700g porridge oats
700g dried apricots
3 dried pineapple rings
100ml canna oil, coconut oil is best
50ml unmedicated and unsalted butter
100g banana chips
2 teaspoons vanilla essence

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and process.  Generally you need to give a few pulses until the ingredients have started to mix and then blast it.  If you find your mixture comes out too crumbly, melt a little butter to bind, if it is too sticky, add a little flour.

Line a baking pan with greaseproof paper, cover it with the mix and chill for 30 minutes.  For extra sweetness, sprinkle with desiccated coconut before chilling.
