How do I cancel or change my order?

    We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed and paid for, if you do need to cancel or change your order you can do so providing the order has not already been shipped. Please try to let us know as soon as possible so we can act on this for you before it is shipped.

     

    How do I cancel my order?

    1. Providing the order hasn't yet been shipped you simply need to email us via the contact form https://www.marijuana-seeds.nl/contact
    2. Please make sure you select from the correct subject from the contact form drop down, 'I want to cancel my order', this will prioritise your email and we will be able to cancel the order before it is package and shipped.
    3. Please explain the reason for cancellation in the comments box.
    4. Once you have done this we will email you back within 24 hours confirming that it has been cancelled and refunded.

     

    How do I change my order?

    3. Please explain clearly what you want to change in the comments section and we will do our best to action your request, in some instances such as product changes where the prices are different you may be required to replace the order online.
    4. Once you have done this we will email you back within 24 hours confirming that it has been changed.
     
     
Will my seeds be labelled?

Yes. if you order a named variety of any strain it will come in its own, individually labelled pack. 

All strains will be in separate packs clearly marked so you know what strains they are

In the case of mixed packs (Outdoor mix, Premium Mix, Feminized Mix) these are a random collection of seeds from their relevant categories, mixed in one pack together so each strain is not individually labelled (i.e. they will just be labelled as a mix).

What free seeds have I received?

Free is great and at MSNL we want to reward your loyalty by giving you some of the worlds finest genetics absolutely free! That’s why with every order  you will receive a minimum of 2 free seeds, increasing to 7 free seeds when you spend over $150USD exc. shipping

 

What strain are my free seeds?

Our free seeds change from month to month so please check your order confirmation that was sent to you via email, this will show what free seeds you have received with your order.

How many free seeds will I get?

 

All orders = 2 free feminized seeds

Spend over $95 =  2 free feminised seeds + 2 free feminised seeds

How do I access my order information?
Login to your account by clicking the "login/register" link in the top right corner of the page. In the account area you can view all recent orders you have made with us in the orders section. This includes your order tracking code where appropriate. Alternatively if you don't have an account your order information will have been sent to you via email after each order is placed. If you do not have this email anymore please drop us a message and we will happily let you know what was in your order.

Product Complaints Policy

All of our seeds are sold for souvenir purposes. To keep seeds fresh we advise storing them in a refrigerator if being kept for extended periods of time - READ HERE FOR CORRECT STORAGE METHODS.

 

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your order from us please contact us as soon as possible and our customer service team will be on hand to assist you. After 90 days we are no longer able to offer replacements or refunds if we have not been contacted during this period regarding any product non-satisfactory issues.

How long will my order take to get to me?

We aim to ship all orders within 24 working hours of being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).


UK Guaranteed Tracked: Orders are sent First Class with Royal Mail and should arrive within 1-3 working days.


USA/Canada Standard Tracked: Orders are sent from the destination country and should arrive within 5-12 working days (excluding public holidays).


USA/Canada Guaranteed Express Tracked: Orders are sent from the destination country and should arrive within 1-5 working days (excluding public holidays).


Europe Guaranteed Stealth Tracked: Orders are sent using Royal Mail International Mail, Signed For International or International Tracked. Packages should be delivered within 15 working days, although 7-15 days are the usual delivery times.


Outside of Europe: Orders are sent using Royal Mail International Mail, Signed For International or International Tracked. Packages sent worldwide can take up to 25 working days.


All orders are sent with tracking. You can follow the progress of your order, from dispatch to your door, using the tracking code which is found both in your shipping confirmation email and under the 'orders' section when you login into your MSNL account.

How much will delivery cost?

We offer three different levels of shipping: Standard Tracked, Guaranteed Stealth and Guaranteed Express.

Depending on how much you order, the cost of the shipping comes down in price and is free once you spend over a certain amount. If you are in the UK, USA, Canada and Rest of World (excluding Australia and Turkey) all you need to do is spend over $99 USD approx £75 or €88 (excluding postage) and your order will be sent to you completely free of charge.

Orders under $99 USD Standard Tracked Shipping is $8.00 USD and Guaranteed Express Shipping is $9.99 USD

How will my order be packaged?

For all UK, USA, and Canada customers, orders will be shipped from within the country of delivery to reach you quickly and safely. All seeds will be packaged in a discreet plain padded envelope with crushproof packaging for protection or an unmarked plain envelope/mailer bag.

For customers located outside of the UK, USA, and Canada, we employ a variety of special stealth methods during shipping to ensure your complete satisfaction. Although the methods may vary, all items will arrive in a completely unmarked plain envelope or mailer bag, sent from the UK.

Which postal service do you use?

All customers located in the UK, USA and Canada your orders will be shipped from within the country of delivery to get to you quickly and safely. All seeds will be packaged in a discreet plain padded envelope with crushproof packaging for protection.

  • Canada - Canada Post

All customers located in Europe and the rest of the world all items are sent using Royal Mail from the UK. Royal Mail will pass your package to your national postal carrier.

Europe and Rest of World - Royal Mail

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a courier delivery service such as DHL, UPS or Fedex.

Returns Policy

We send all orders in protective crushproof envelopes and stealth items are sent inside an unrelated product to make them even safer from heavy-handed mailmen and prying eyes! If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. Please keep all the packaging and be aware we will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging. Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch your replacement order the same day, completely free of charge. Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand-selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product. If you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate, there may be a very small percentage that do not pop. We do offer a germination guarantee on our seeds, please see our germination guarantee page for more details.

We do not offer returns on products under any other circumstance, please do not post any orders back to us.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to most countries but you should check your own laws and regulations in your area. All orders are shipped discretely with no mention of products in or on the package.  

What shipping methods do you use?

Stealth Tracked Shipping - Secure and undetectable. Your seeds will be shipped inside an unrelated gift and packed in a plain unmarked envelope. This will be sent with tracking.


Guaranteed Shipping - This option is just as secure as the Stealth option, but should your package be lost we will resend it for you free of charge. Spend over $99 USD and this option is free!


Guaranteed Express Shipping - This option is only available to customers located in the UK, USA and Canada and your seeds will be shipped from within the country of delivery meaning that they will not require any stealth packaging and will arrive within 1-5 working days.

My card payment was declined

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. If your card payment has been declined this can be for a number of reasons, please go through this checklist to be sure you are doing everything correct:

 

  • Make sure you are choosing the correct card type and you have entered all of your details correctly.
  • Make sure you are allowed to make international payments with your card.
  • If this declines again more than likely your bank is blocking the payment because they don't recognize the transaction. Please contact your bank and let them know that you are making an international payment, we use banks located in Europe and the Far East so they will see the payment coming from overseas.
  •  

    If the card declines again after this please try the payment again using a different card. In the unlikely event the payment is still being declined we do offer lots of easy alternative payment methods for which we can offer discounts.

    Alternative Payment Methods

    Bitcoin - We offer all customers a 20% discount that is automatically applied at the checkout.

    Bank Wire - We offer all customers a 20% discount when paying via bank wire.

    Money Order (USA ONLY) - Simply obtain a money order from a vendor such as Western Union or Moneygram and post it to us, the address will be given to you at the end of the checkout when you select money order.

    Cash in the post - We accept lots of different currencies GBP, USD, Euros, AUD, CAD and YEN. the address will be given to you at the end of the checkout when you select money order.

    How do I pay by bank wire?

    To pay for your order via bank wire it is easy, simply place your order online as normal and at the checkout choose the bank wire method, once you have completed the checkout process you will be given the bank details of where to send the funds, these are also below on this page.

     

    How long does it take to clear?

    • International transfers take 3-5 days to clear. 
    • UK bank transfers take 24 hours

     

    What offers are available if I pay via bank wire?

    • 20% discount - For all customers that pay via bank wire we are offering a 20% discount that is automatically applied at the checkout.

    • Please make sure when you are paying via bank wire that the billing name you chose to put on your order matches the name of the account holder from where the payment is sent from. This makes is much easier for us to identify that the payment has come from you.

       

      How will you know the bank wire is from me?

      1. Please make sure the billing name on your order matches the name of the person that sends the bank wire. 
      2. Please also make sure you give the 10 digit reference number starting with '1000' as your payment reference.
      3. Email us once you have sent the bank wire with your 10 digit order number letting us know the date that the payment was sent and how much was wired.
    How do I pay by money order?

    To pay by money order simply checkout online as normal and select the “Money Orders or Cash” payment option. Please make a note of your 10 digit order number you will need to write this somewhere in the envelope with your money order.

    Where do I get a money order?

    You can obtain a money order from convenient stores, wall mart and some banks, most customers use either Western Union or Moneygram. Please do not use USPS as these cannot be cashed outside of the US so please ensure it is an international Money Order.

     

    How do I fill out my money order?

    Please make the money order payable to 'Ultimate Products', fill out your address and then sign it in the correct section.

     

    Where do I send it?

    Please post your money order to us to the address below and make sure you include somewhere in the envelope the 10 digit order number that you were given when you placed the order.

    How long does it take to get my order?

We collect our money orders once weekly on a Wednesday from the secure delivery address, once we have the money order the order will be shipped and you will be sent a confirmation email within 24 hours of receipt. Your order will then take 7-14 days to reach you in the US.

    What currencies do you accept?

    How should I send it?

    Please post it to the address below, we strongly recommend using a tracked service and hiding the cash inside something such as a book to best ensure its safe arrival with us.Please also make sure you include somewhere in the envelope the order number that begins with '1000' that you were given when you placed the order.

    How will I know if you have received my money order/ cash order?

    As soon as your money order or cash payment is received you will be notified by email. These take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive with us and to be processed so dont worry if you haven't heard from us straight away.     What will my card/bank statement say when I purchase from you?

    To ensure your privacy and security, no mention of cannabis or marijuana will be made when you buy your seeds from us. We have a network of banking partners around the world that process or card transactions for you so the billing name will vary from region to region, but every one is unrelated to seeds. If you have purchased form us and you see a charge on your account you dont recognise, take a screenshot and contact us and we will clarify immediately if it is us.

    Will my seeds germinate/ How many will be female?

    Marijuana-Seeds.nl categorically states that the germination of seeds is Illegal in most parts of the world and in no way condones the germination of our seeds, they are sold for souvenir purposes only. If, however, you are in a location where the cultivation of Cannabis is permitted for you, all our seeds are regularly batch tested in Holland to ensure we maintain highest quality. Germination rates of our seeds in optimum conditions regularly reach close to 100%. But, like all seed banks, we offer no guarantees, seeds are a natural product.

    We cannot guarantee the sex of our regular seeds as there are so many factors that will affect the final sex of plants. With regular seeds, the more optimum the conditions the more females you will get. The worse the conditions the less females you will get (worse conditions or stressed conditions may be for example such things as not enough light, not enough ventilation, not enough nutrients, too much nutrients etc). Regular seeds (i.e. not feminized) should produce up to approximately 80% females when grown under optimum conditions and the worse the conditions or the more stressed the conditions this percentage of females will decrease.

    Our feminized seeds have been specially treated and engineered to produce 99.9% female plants, although under very stressful conditions some plants can become hermaphrodites or male.
