Do Si Dos Feminized Seeds

Coming from the highly regarded Girl Scout Cookies line you know you are in for a treat with any cross. But when you add in one of the pinnacles of the Kush family, Face Off OG, this is only going to be a winner. Insanely high THC levels of 25-28% are common which makes this a very highly sought-after variety, especially for growers looking to make concentrates. As an Indica-dominant strain, the intense body stone it gives can be quite a lot to handle, however it is balanced with just enough cerebral uplift to make this a great relaxing strain.

There is no doubt that this is an Indica stone plant. The impact a well-cured bud has when smoked is potent to say the least. There is a clear head buzz that comes on with almost the very first inhale, energizing and uplifting. This does not last too long though, as the very heavy sedative numbness rolls over you in waves soon after. The beauty of Do-Si-Dos though, is in the positive, almost gleeful feeling that stays with you, even if your body is melted into the couch. Happy and “comfortably numb” go hand in hand with this outstanding variety.

8-10 weeks of flowering is all it takes to bring this wonderful strain to maturity, a trait that is thanks to the OG lineage. She is incredibly easy to cultivate in most climates, and is especially well suited to semi tropical and temperate environments. This variety will stay quite short for a photoperiod plant topping out at a maximum of 120cm with limited stretching during flowering. The overall growth structure is tight and compact, which is mirrored by the buds themselves.

To look at, Do-Si-Dos is nothing short of beautiful. Bright lime green leaves proliferate from close branches. Shade leaves are classically Indica, being shorter and wider. The buds will be flecked with lavender hues of purple in amongst the pale green nugs. Bright yellow pistils emerge early in flowering, darkening to a deep bronze color as you get closer to harvest time. The aroma is pungent and slightly citrus in the earlier part of the flowering process. This increases and deepens with a more floral and earthy undertone from approximately halfway through the flowering process.

When you break open a bud the initial aroma is sharp and citric, almost bitter. This is combined with a more peppery spiciness that creates a very pleasing combination when smoked or vaped. The slightly sweeter more earthy undertones that you would expect from a GSC strain are there and they come through quite clearly on the exhale.
