Ringo’s Gift Autoflower seeds information

Developed by crossing a Ringo’s Gift, a CBD-heavy photoperiod with ruderalis genetics we have created at 25:1 CBD to THC autoflowering strain.

A streamlined and forgiving lighting schedule, small plant height with great yield (400gr/m²) and minimal plant training make this cultivar a grower’s delight.

With a 25:1 (CBD-THC) ratio you will get all of the benefits of CBD without any of the intense psychoactive effects of THC. With THC levels hovering around the 1% mark, the effects will still be in the background, but only enough to make you feel relaxed and heavily dampened down by the high THC level.

Growing Ringo’s Gift Autoflower seeds

During the Vegetative Stage:

As with all autos, this strain has been crossed with Ruderalis, meaning it will automatically begin flowering a few short weeks from seed, regardless of lighting schedules. You will very rarely see any benefit from any sort of High-Stress Training. The reason for this is simply that the plant won’t have time to recover and improve before it goes into flower. Lighting schedules are recommended to be 20-4 throughout the entire growth. A little LST (Low-Stress training) can spread out the plant and ensure more light hits growth sites. If employing the sea of green method, just let the (many) plants do their thing.

During the Flowering Stage:

One of the taller autos on the market - capable of reaching up to 150cm - makes Ringo’s Gift Auto great indoors and outdoors but may struggle in particularly small tents. This phenotype will produce a pleasant, fresh pine aroma that only becomes pungent in the final weeks before harvest. Its leaf shape is a Sativa-leaning hybrid and as it grows tall some of the long branches may need additional support. To prevent mold, you should consider trimming lower branches that you think will not receive light in the final few weeks.

This serves the dual purpose of better airflow but also ensures you don’t end up with small popcorn-sized buds underneath the canopy where the real, decent-sized flower should be. Like most CBD-heavy strains, there is never going to be an overly dense trichome coverage. In the final weeks, inspect the trichomes that are there with a jeweler's loupe or microscope to ensure that most have turned from clear to cloudy, with at least a few amber ones scattered throughout.

Is Ringo’s Gift Auto suitable for beginners?

In short, yes. It grows tall for an autoflower but still stays shorter than your average photoperiod making it easily manageable indoors. Not having any lighting schedule changes or risks associated with light leaks makes this phenotype a sweet choice for absolute beginners.
