Overview
White LSD was created by crossing the infamous strains LSD and White Widow Max. And the results of combining two high-yielding, insanely potent strains were entirely predictable. Here we have a heady, sativa-dominant hybrid that produces an intense cerebral buzz. A 70-30 sativa-indica ratio gives this strain some balance, but its largely psychological high and astronomical THC levels mean it’s not recommended for first-time smokers. But for experienced cannabis users seeking a powerful buzz, or medical users wishing to alleviate pain, White LSD is perfect.
Strain Effects
With a THC content of around 19-22%, White LSD is incredibly potent. Quick to kick in, it produces a robust heady buzz that’s powerful from the outset. The high is invigorating and euphoric, becoming slightly trippy in larger doses. At lower doses, White LSD is known to increase focus and stimulate bursts of creative thinking. After repeated toking, the high becomes more psychoactive. This is a strain that enhances music and films and is a wonderful accompaniment to socializing.
The long-lasting nature of White LSD’s effects and the way they gradually taper off is perfectly suited to medicinal usage. It’s commonly used to treat conditions like chronic fatigue, stress, anxiety and depression. It’s also an effective treatment for inflammation and chronic pain, helpful at alleviating nausea, and a potent appetite inducer.
Growing info
White LSD produces big, strong plants with yields to match. Plants tend to reach heights of around 180-220cm but have been known to exceed 3.5 metres when grown outside in optimum conditions. This strain can be grown both indoors and out, but it really thrives outdoors.
Plants love the light. Grow them somewhere with plenty of space and light exposure and they’ll stretch considerably over the course of their growing cycle. Indoors, they flower in around 12-14 weeks. This is on the long side, but growers are rewarded with humongous yields of roughly 500-600g/m2. Outdoors, aim for a mid-October harvest and expect even more from your crop.
Appearance and Aroma
Once again, White LSD produces hefty plants. And its impressive stature provides the framework for a large number of buds. More sativa than indica, buds are long and fluffy. Emerald fan leaves are long and slender, proving contrast alongside these fern-colored buds, with a sparse covering of copper-colored pistils providing a hint of additional color. Besides its size, much of White LSD’s visual appeal comes from its trichome coverage. This is a highly resinous strain, producing buds that are plastered in white crystals.
Throughout vegetation, plants produce a deep, skunky aroma that’s underscored by a slightly sweet woody smell. White LSD is undoubtedly a musky crop and requires a good ventilation system if grown indoors.
MSNL Editors Verdict
White LSD produces dank, musky plants but its buds give off a more herbal aroma. Though the musky scent remains, a piney, slightly fruity fragrance can also be detected when handling cured buds. Notes of pine intensify as you break them open, underscored by hints of citrus. The taste is sweeter than the scent. Herbal and pine flavors carry through when smoked but are joined by notes of vanilla. Some users may also notice traces of eucalyptus. Vanilla remains as you exhale, providing contrast to the dominant pine and herbal flavors. Though a slightly odd combination, these tastes and aromas mix satisfyingly on the palate to provide a unique and pleasing overall flavor.

"Total total head high"
Review by Trippy Hippy
This has got to be one of the most powerful strains out there. You can tell just by looking at the sticky crystals that it's gonna mess you up, so take it slow, especially if you haven't toked a lot in the past.
