Ready to make your order with MSNL? - Great, here is all the information you'll need to know on how we get your precious cargo direct to your door. We offer two main levels of shipping service:
STEALTH SHIPPING £12.95
Secure and secretive. Stealth delivery is more discreet/stealthy than the standard mail. Stealth shipping uses a variety of methods where the seeds that are shipped, are hidden discreetly in an unrelated item. Our stealth methods are some of the best in the business and offer you complete piece of mind that nosy room mates (or anyone else) won't know what's in the package.

Stealth packages are sent with a tracking code which will be in your shipping email and will also be available in your account area after you have completed the order and it has been dispatched.

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS: Unfortunately due to increasing customs restrictions we are not able to offer Guaranteed shipping to Australia. All Australian customers must select the stealth shipping option. We will do our vest best to ship your order packaged with one of our stealth shipping items, however if the order does not arrive we are unable to offer a resend or a refund.
GUARANTEED STEALTH SHIPPING £17.95
This is sent using the same secretive packaging techniques, hidden in something completely unrelated. The level of shipping is exactly what it says - guaranteed! All orders are sent with a tracking code for added reassurance. This means that if your items do not reach you for whatever reason we will resend the whole order to to you again totally free of charge.

Our tracking systems mean that your package may require a signature when it arrives. In most countries this is not essential so if you want the security of guaranteed shipping but not to sign for it, just add a note in the comments box when checking out to let us know. If for any reason items sent with guaranteed shipping do not show as delivered within the 25 working day timescale these will be re-sent at no cost. Please note that this will not apply if the shipping information supplied by you when you ordered was incorrect.
EXPRESS GUARANTEED SHIPPING £22.50 (Approx $27 USD)
Available to all customers that spend over £40 and are located in the US and UK. Our Express Guaranteed shipping option means you will get your seeds within 1-5 working days from placing the order. Orders will not be shipped stealth as they will be shipped from within the country of delivery and therefore will not require our stealth packaging to get to you safely. All seeds will be packaged in a plain padded envelope with crushproof packaging for protection.

All Express Guaranteed orders are guaranteed to arrive with you within 1-5 working days. In particularly busy periods such as Christmas this could take up to 7 days. If the order does not reach you we will resend the order completely free of charge!

If you are in the UK all you need to do is spend more that £100 (excluding postage) and your order will be sent to you completely free of charge. For the rest of the world* we offer a stepped discount system that gives you free postage based on how much you spend:

FAQ SHIPPING QUESTIONS
How long will my order take to get to me?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
  • If you are in the UK orders are sent First Class signed for or Special Delivery. Items should be delivered within 1-3 days.
  • European orders are sent using Royal Mail International mail, Signed for International or International Tracked. Items should be delivered within 15 working days, although 4-7 days is the usual delivery time.
  • Outside the EU, items are sent using Royal Mail international mail, Signed for International or International Tracked. Packages sent worldwide can take up to 25 working days, but they usually arrive within 6-12 days.
    • The vast majority (but not all) orders are sent with tracking so you can follow your orders progress to your door. You can find your tracking code in your shipping email or in your account section under the "orders" section.
    Return Policy
    We send all orders in protective crush proof envelopes and stealth items are sent inside an unrelated product to make them even safer from heavy handed mailmen and prying eyes! If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. Please keep all the packaging and be aware we will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging. Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch your a replacement order the same day, completely free of charge. Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product and as such, if you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate these we cannot guarantee all items will do so. We do not offer returns on products under any other circumstance.
