What types of postal orders and
international money orders do you accept?

outside the United Kingdom (international customers):
Money
Orders must be "International"
Money Orders which can be cashed in the United Kingdom, otherwise we
can't cash them here and your
order cannot be processed!!!

The
most common international money orders are
Western Union or
MoneyGram. This is a money
order like a check you post to us in the mail.
Western Union and MoneyGram also do money transfers
which is like an electronic wire transfer which we
don't accept so make sure you don't get them
confused.

We
accept any other type of International Money
Order/Postal Order as long as they are "International"
and can be cashed in the United Kingdom.
It is important to check they can
be cashed in the United Kingdom, otherwise we won't be
able to process your order.
What currencies do you accept for
international money orders?
International money orders/postal orders are accepted in the following currencies:
What address do I send my order
number and payment to?
You need to checkout online
and select the money order option as you checkout. You will then
receive an automated email with the address to send your
payment and order number to. Please ensure you read
ALL questions below which provides full information on
paying by money order to prevent any delays with your order.
You must make sure you convert the
total GBP amount of your order correctly if you are paying
in one of our accepted currencies other than GBP.
How do I convert my total GBP amount
into the currency I'm paying in?
Our prices are in GBP (Great British Pounds).
Therefore, the total of your order listed in the cart and in
your email confirmation will be in GBP (Great British
Pounds).
If you are
paying in a currency other than GBP then you must make sure
you convert your total GBP amount correctly into the
currency you're paying in for us to be able to process your
order. See below for how to do this:
How do I order and pay
by money order?
1. Checkout on our website and select the 'Money
Order' option
(please
ensure you submit a valid email address as this is where you
will receive any further instructions from us as well as
your shipping confirmation email).
2. Check
your email: You will immediately receive an automated email
from us confirming:

your
billing and shipping details
-
what
you ordered
-
your
order confirmation number
-
who to
make payment out to & the address to send your order
confirmation # and payment to
3. Your
total amount for your order is in GBP (Great British
Pounds). If you are not paying in GBP, convert your total
GBP amount into the currency you're paying in (see question
above for how to do this).
4. If you
are not in the UK, please ensure all money orders
are 'International', otherwise we will be unable to accept
and process your order. You need to fill out all
details of the money order including your address
(purchaser's address) and signature. Keep the receipt in a
safe place.
5. To
complete your order, you must send your order confirmation #
and your UK money order or International money order to the
address stated on the automated email.
How will I know if you've received my
money order payment?
6. As soon as your money
order payment is received you will be notified by email.
These take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive with us and to
be processed. If you
haven't received an email from us, we haven't received your payment.
7. When payment has been
received, your order will be processed and shipped. You will
receive a shipping confirmation email from us when your
order has been shipped.
