Ready to make your order with MSNL? Great! Here is all the information you'll need to know on how we get your precious cargo direct to your door.
We ship all orders in our MSNL branded mylar packaging in plain padded envelopes from our London office on a tracked Royal Mail service.
Delivery Times: Orders are shipped tracked with Royal Mail and take 2-5 days.
Delivery Cost: Tracked shipping costs £6.07

Return Policy
We send all orders in protective envelopes with the seeds packaged securely in a heat sealed mylar bag and then inside a plastic vial to prevent them from being crushed. If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. Please keep all the packaging and be aware we will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging. Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch your a replacement order the same day, completely free of charge. Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product and as such, if you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate these we cannot guarantee all items will do so. We do not offer returns on products under any other circumstance.
